BAY COUNTY, Fla. – Two college students are under arrest after police found cell phone video allegedly showing the gang rape of an intoxicated teen outside a popular Panama City Beach bar during spring break.
Hundreds stood by in “broad, open daylight” as the 19-year-old woman, who appeared to be passed out on a chair behind the Spinnaker Beach Club, was sexually assaulted by one man after another, Bay County Sheriff Frank McKeithen told AL.com.
Many watched, some recording with their phones — but no one tried to intervene, officials said.

A 45 ACP stuck in ones ear has a tendency to clarify ones thought process on what is right and wrong. A 16 ounce beer bottle exerted with great force against the occipital lobe has a tendency to make ones mind cease functioning for a short period of time or if used with sufficient enthusiasm to cease functioning on a permanent basis.
Personally I am prejudiced to the 45 ACP solution. It seems to keep other criminals waiting their turn pause to evaluate their life expectancy.

Panama City Beach has banned alcohol on the beach until 04/18/15, the unofficial end of spring break. There are roadside flashing signs announcing that fact at the city limits at all entry points. It looks like that will happen next year between March 1st and April 18, the Spring Break dates next year too.
Underage and legal age drinkers/dopers were passed out and staggering all across the area behind the bar where this happened by 4pm every day before the booze ban began. It was worse than Animal House writers ever dreamed of.

Every idiot in the crowd had a cell phone. They could have called 911; ask who else wanted life in prison; yelled some jive version of “hey the cops are coming”; hit the perps in the head with a bottle; etc. But they didn’t because they are depraved, subhuman criminals too. They deserve the same fairness this poor drugged girl was given.
You’re right; since intervening would be a hate crime, Anglos and Asians have to turn a blind eye to this (and just about everything else).
