I have one but it won’t expel the used cartridge. It stays in the barrel and you have to clear it out.

Perhaps you have a broken extractor. That should be a cheap and easy fix.

Your chamber is probably full of cosmoline. Get some Simple Green and scrub the hell out of it. Follow with hot soapy water. Then a light coat of oil.
That should take care of it.
