Well....you gotta consider your 8 shots against Hans’ five shots from a bolt action. I’ve got 4 Garands and they’ll each ring off 8 shots before the other guy could get off two.

The drawback is the “pling!” you get when that “church bell” steel clip ejects. A dead giveaway :0)

Not true at all. Your instruction on the use of the Garand was poor and incomplete. It is as easily topped off as a K98.
