is the pic online? if so, you can post it with “<”img src=” link for image (you can usually get the link for the image by right clicking on the image and copying the image url)”>” (remove the quotes on both sides of the < and after the >)
or if you don’t have it online, you can upload it to a hosting site (i use imageshack.us) and use the above directions - imageshack will help you with that image url.
