Sort of makes one wonder about the limits of power of a court. I mean, how can the court compel her to bake the cake? Lock her up until she does so? There is a limit to the court’s power, even criminal contempt is time limited. Once it is clear that incarceration is going to be fruitless, the court (supposedly) loses its power - it certainly loses its claim to being just and moral - not that courts give a darn about that.
If there is recall in that state , start a recall against the judge.
I do not know if a florist can be compelled to bake a cake...
