What a stupid OS. I have one Windoze box and I've turned off all updates so it doesn't randomly decide to do updates that probably aren't required. If it works, don't fix it. If it doesn't work, fix it once. Early.
I'm ok with the 15 minute rule on the game. Not the OS.
