How have I bashed Sen. Cruz? I think he’s brilliant, and the best conservative candidate by far. I think he’d run rings around Hillary in any debate. Especially after navigating the Republican primary, where she would face token opposition at best on the Democrat side.
This post is about hypocrisy, and holding ourselves to a higher standard. The birther issue was a waste of time and a distraction. Especially now that the Republicans are ready to field a nominee with basically the same birth scenario as Obama. Watching some trying to twist themselves in knots trying to explain the difference is quite humorous.
I loathe hypocrisy. Whatever side of the aisle it falls on.
