Obama Says He Told Netanyahu That Talk Before Election Hurt the Peace Process

WASHINGTON — President Obama said he has told Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that the Israeli leader’s remarks in the closing days of his re-election campaign had upended the Israeli-Palestinian peace process and ran counter to the very nature of Israeli democracy, an unusually forceful and public condemnation of the top official of a vital United States ally.

In his first public comments on the matter since Mr. Netanyahu’s victory in Tuesday’s elections, Mr. Obama said the prime minister’s pre-election statement that there would be no Palestinian state on his watch had all but foreclosed the chance for negotiations to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

“I indicated to him that given his statements prior to the election, it is going to be hard to find a path where people are seriously believing that negotiations are possible,” Mr. Obama said in a videotaped interview with The Huffington Post conducted on Friday and released on Saturday.

Okay, you want to parse the word "negotiations", have at it. Arafat did the same thing and you know the outcome. Yes, the PA has built from "negotiations" and has since aligned itself with Hamas, a radical terrorist organization.

"Keep in mind that if you go back 20 years ago, there was no Palestinian government or security forces and no transferring of tax money from Israel to them and none of what we see today."

I've been a geo-political student for over 20 years and became an Israel supporter when first learning of the pali atrocities back in 1987. Do the math. Puhlease, the few palis that work in Israel are taxed like everyone else.

So your are supporting the continued rocket attacks on a peaceful people because they taxed them? BTW, notice you didn't answer my question about what the palis did first when Israel gave them the Gaza Strip. You've now had time to Google.

The palis had jobs and had a good living before Israel had to build the wall and kick most out after the horrendous daily intifadas. The palis no longer live in so-called camps, they live in ghettoes from their un-productive and hateful mindset.

I once saw a documentary called, "The Children of Gaza". She tried to paint a video of the poor pali children caught up in the Israel/Pali conflicts. However, by the end, she was disgusted by how many mothers she interviewed that tought their children of 4 and up to hate Jews. What kind of culture/society does that?

Thank gawd for Israel, that palis don't have the mentality to organize like ISIS has. Just let them keep doing their bloody ritual when the men cut themselves and the heads of their children (ever notice there's no women in sight?). Palis are sub-human. No wonder that their countries of origin, Jordan/Egypt/others, don't want anything to do with them.

They're trash and they will always be so until they stop teaching hate.

The word “negotiations” is not something that one “parses” in speech and written communication ... but rather ... it has resulted in REAL WORLD changes with the Palestinians and actual progress towards that TWO-STATE SOLUTION.

Real things and the “facts in the ground” have changed as a result of those negotiations in the last twenty years!

"This UNBELIEVABLE PERSECUTION of the Jews originates from Satan’s demonic oppression ... and as you indicate, you (and others) don’t see any “legitimate” reason for it, in a logical and “real world” way!"

So, that's you're explanation why so many persecute Jews? After trying to make some sense with you, I should have realized that SATAN has been behind it all. My bad.

I'm talking with a frigging religious fanatic that thinks all humankind's sh*t is from the Devil that probably reins over some scortching fiery hell within the bowels of our planet. I will never talk to you again, I've wasted too much time.

Sorry if you don’t believe it ... but it’s clear that Satan is persecuting the Jews, because the Jews figure into God’s plan for the ultimate defeat of Satan in this world, and in the setting up of the one-world government by the Messiah of Israel, ruling over all the nations of the world, through Israel, who will be the “head nation” of the world at that time.

That is God’s Word, whether you believe it or not ... and you will see it happen. I just hope you choose the Messiah of Israel as your personal Savior before that happens and before it’s too late for you.

Okay, breaking my promise to not engage you further:

"The word “negotiations” is not something that one “parses” in speech and written communication ... but rather ... it has resulted in REAL WORLD changes with the Palestinians and actual progress towards that TWO-STATE SOLUTION. Real things and the “facts in the ground” have changed as a result of those negotiations in the last twenty years!"

Really? You want to argue the my mistake for saying "parse" and not spin? You couldn't get the gist?

TWO State Solution? Are you kidding me? Israel unilaterally gave up the Gaza Strip to the self-named palis. The PA/Hamas haven't even tried since. They still want all or nothing and continue to send rockets into Israel just because they hate Jews. Sheesh, it's in their manifest.

Bet you're also naive enough to believe that Obambi/John Kerry will negotiate a workable deal with Iran. Here's a question for you: Can the Western world trust the Mullahs of Iran to keep their word and hope the Mullahs don't start WWIII? Have you been reading lately? Iran is now moving the goal post further back by demanding all sanctions to be eliminated first before they reduce their centriguges. Now, I'm out...have the last word.

I’ll just put it simply ... Netanyahu’s Bar-Ilan speech outlines it and I agree with Netanyahu ... :-) ...

Amazing what the NYT will slip in while bashing Bibi

Mr. Obama offered a measured assessment of the chances for reaching agreement.

“They have not yet made the kind of concessions that are, I think, going to be needed for a final deal to get done,” Mr. Obama said of the Iranians during the interview. “But they have moved, and so there’s the possibility.”

He said his objective was to strike a deal within “weeks, not months,” although he said it was “premature” to suggest there was a draft of an agreement.

So the Iranians have "moved" but not even close to an non - existent agreement...

Got it...

We Doomed...

My only response to this is to say that if Obambi were any more full of shit that not only would his eyes be brown, they would be erupting with the subhuman excrement of which he is full of.

The Peace Process:

Yes, by all means. Lets try to negotiate a "peace" treaty with a bunch of seventh century barbarians who's Holy Book instructs them to kill us to the last man, women and child. In pursuit of this end, it instructs them to lie, cheat and steal to obtain these ends. GOOD PLAN!
