Would you drink beer made from sewage water?

We're getting more creative with what we do with our waste. The end of 2014 gave us the "poo bus" - a bus run on sewage and food waste - and Bill Gates is currently drinking feces made by a machine that turns human waste into drinking water and electricity.

The founder of Cascade Brewing, Art Larrance, told National Public Radio that using recycled water could help the brewery industry become more sustainable. “In California, craft brewers are trucking their water in because of the water shortage in California. So, this is a real, real issue.”

They moved the Rolling Rock brewery from Latrobe PA to Newark NJ in 2006.
RR hasn’t been the same to me since. That means less hearty & more like lite beer.
