some kid once told me that saying black coffee was racist. I wonder what are you supposed to say, African-American coffee??? I wonder what they call blacks in England and France. 'African Brits'? 'Afri-French'?

They call them blacks, just like 99% of Americans. I don’t recall ever hearing anyone outside of the media or academia say “African-American” in real life conversation.
