Good advice. Stuff happens. Put on the big-boy pants and cope with the burns/accidents. Be careful. Don't whine.

I followed a link about the worst kitchen accidents, and the one I recall is a guy standing on some surface, cleaning above it, and side-steps one step too far into the still hot fryer.
