Hi, I replied earlier that the electoral college and the Senate would stop it. I thought it was only the Senate that has to certify the electoral votes, but after doing some research I found that it was both the House and Senate, Congress, that certifies the electoral votes.
When you consider the legal obstacles along with the fact that Obama doesn’t like to work, only campaign, there is no way a third term is in the works. Unless the wife or VJ show up as the savior.
Obama came as close to scuttling the Democratic Party as any party leader ever has. I believe that right now, the adults in the party are counting the day until his reign is over and the grownups can take back control.
