-For convenience I used private email address while at the State Department because I wanted to use one device for both personal and work emails.....
You need a different device for each email account? Who knew?
- There was no security breach because the server was at a private location (home) surrounded by secret service. ..
Ever heard of hacking? The hacker is at a remote location and doesn't have to be physically there
- I deleted personal emails
How do we know that they were personal. No one knows because it's a home brewed server
- I handed over all work related emails to the State Sept
Again, you and your staff are exclusives arbiters to what's work related and not work related
Thanks for that VPN info. I knew that at one point.
I probably could push to get that done, but what person would want to mix their business and personal email anyway? I just can’t justify a reason to do it unless you don’t have much of either a business or personal life?
And at Hillary’s age, the technology is such that it would just be plain easier to keep two separate accounts.
AND she’s been using more than one phone after all, so she remains the liar we’ve always known her to be. If only the media would go Woodward.

Ed Mezvinsky was found guilty of fraud of fraud and sent to prison back in 2001.
What you may have read recently is that Chelsea's husband's hedge fund is in trouble.
Even I knew better than to invest in the Greek economy. So if these people are the "best and brightest," heaven help us.
She’s lying and outright a dishonest wench...
Just realized you said you couldn’t do this through your personal equipment.
You could but, from a liability and control viewpoint, it’s best if the corporation provides those tools.
I’ve done it twice in the last 12 years but, one company had a requirement that we provide our own cell and laptops. Another couldn’t figure out how to make Citrix work on their laptops, so I installed my own copy and it worked fine.
Besides, I hate managers and I loathe their unreasonable demands, like turning in reports on time.
I was the only one turning them in complete and on time and it gave him the opportunity to beat on someone else.
She has done the exact same thing Petraeus has done. If he is prosecuted, she must be.
It is a corporate decision to watch the security of allowing personal systems to work on or retrieve from secure facilities. My division doesn’t, but the company does do important work that has to be secured, without a doubt. The required security goes across all divisions of our company. It’s a pain to access systems, email, etc from even a company computer entering from a personal network.
I’m no Hillary fan at all, I don’t buy into her story in the slightest bit and I think she is liar extraordinaire, but I think we should get the story straight before attacking it.
We?
She should.
We understand how corporate communications takes place and the reasons for policy but, she is full of Shiite.
Agreed she is full of Shiite, without doubt. But if you want to attack Hillary on this you better make sure all your ducks are in a row, you better be right on ALL the points you’re making.
If you don’t do that, her PR teams win if they can show that ONE thing you’ve said is wrong. That’s the way the nasty democrats work.
So while you want to argue with me with me about corporate communications, you’re losing the bigger picture.
Like it’s not possible to send and receive emails on any device that was made in the last 8 years?
I heard the “Ducks in a row” argument about Lois Lerner and many of us in the IT and Communications world instantly knee she the other pricks were lying about retrieval, storage and archive. It’s a bunch of bunk and now we have a fairly large number of the backups, though probably not all.
Krinton is a demonstrable liar and the Lamestream media will do what they can to carry some of her water but, no way she should have been sending emails from a private server and co-mingling with personal emails.
You just don’t do that.
The next excuse will be “Oops! LOL, seems we may have accidently deleted State Department work product, inadvertently, when we deleted personal files”.
Even then, email addy’s are a dime a dozen and there is nothing to say she wasn’t using several email addy’s.
... where’s that “I Love Country Music” rebus T-shirt of mine? ...
"Can we have the server? ...HELL NO!"
Did Hill, the pathological liar, pay for that server, its installation and upkeep, or did our Tax $'s?
