That’s my guess as well. Some of the newly discovered emails also involve Nicole Flax and they will turn out to be more dangerous to the Obama regime than Lerner’s.
Flax repeatedly visited the White House and she colluded with the DOJ to gin up criminal cases against conservative applicants for tax exempt status.
Congress needs to appoint an Independent Counsel because in these Lerner-Flax emails there already is evidence of criminal involvement at the Department of Justice. As more emails come to light the coverup will unravel and people will be going to prison. The conspirators were counting on the emails remaining lost.
The question is not whether there was a conspiracy but rather how high it goes. The repeated meetings by Flax and the White House are certainly smoke. If we are lucky Flax described some fire in her emails.
Chicago politics has always been criminal. The Obama gang assumed that they would get away with it in DC just like they did in Chicago. Being arrogant and successfully criminal they probably got sloppy. We shall see.
