Spinal cord breaks are always crippling, and can’t be repaired, but they’re going to graft a new head onto a body and reattach it so everything works? Am I missing something?

I’m with you Jim. If they can fuse a spinal cord and make it work, why can’t they fix ones now?

I had a facial nerve cut and reattached. Most function came back but not all the way. That was one nerve. I don’t think the docs can do a spinal nerve cord connection where every thing works.
