All of the pasteurized eggs I used were commercially pasteurized using radiation. That was for the military in the food service area.

They were marked with a P on one end. ;)

Yeah, I’ve seen them before in the grocery. I get my eggs and milk locally now from a friend with a mini-farm. Yum!
