Practice makes perfect.....post on....
not a fan of the greek food, but sounds nice!
you know I am gonna need pix of all of this along the way! including the shower!
I just measured 47. Guess I should eat something. My all-time low was 39, after an all night flight to Brazil and a 2 hour tax ride.
Not a Greek food menu, but some influences for sure.
Really? You realize we call an ambulance and transport for anything under 60. Problem is when taking meds to lower blood sugar levels, they are still working and it’s a struggle to get them back up to a safer number and keep it there.
Just googled the restaurant and they claim to be authentic Greek food.....not nothing else mentioned. Good think I like it well enough. Was looking for pics, but they don’t have many of them.
oh, boy....need new glasses......my typing stinks...reads awful.
An ambulance for under 60? That sounds extreme, since 60-90 is a normal fasting level.
Yeah, I ate a bunch of junk over the weekend, too. But had pretty low sugar this morning (105) and obviously just had a late-morning crash.
I do have these late/mid-morning dips sometimes, but not normally that low. 60s or 70s normally. I can feel it.
eeks. A+++
how are you guys even measuring blood sugar? are you on diabetic meds? I haven’t ever even seen a glucose meter, isn’t that just for diabetics?
I don’t have the problem without the meds, so I am home free now. Didn’t take them today. As long as I keep my calories low, I will be ok.
excellent! A++++
I use a glucometer, I have been taking diabetic meds for awhile....less than a year, but long enough. When I diet for long periods, I do crash eventually. I had already cut back the meds, the only option now is to quit them all together.
Yes, it’s my little secret. I take medicine for blood sugar.
Scary guy, huh? When tribe members go to him for a reading their payment to him is to lick his hand...
not to be a zealot, but losing carbs will cure type two diabetes ; ) I can send you guys the video that explains how you can switch your body from burning carbs to burning fat, while keeping your protein level high so that you don’t lose muscle.
that would be tough to do!
