Boring, poorly written, Libtard anti Bush/Republican screed, etc.
Equal pay specifically
I loved Boyhood. I saw it with my son who has lived the exact years of the star. It was amazing how this film spanned my son’s exact timeline.
The acting was good.
She deserved the Oscar but she seems high and her speech made no sense.
See post 75.
Interstellar, Paul Franklin, Andrew Lockley, Ian Hunter and Scott Fisher
Good choice.
I’ll have to add that to my Netflix que.
Wow. It’s amazing how people could take the exact opposite impression from a film.
Feast
Has anyone named Oscar ever won an Oscar?
Hope your son didn’t have the abusive alcoholic step father. That was worst part of the film.
I thought the acting was horrible, especially the kid’s.
Big Hero 6
Besides American Sniper are any of the nominees for Best Picture worth seeing?
The Grand Budapest Hotel, Boyhood and Birdman were terrific.
I love what Emily Miller just tweeted: “Gotta love Patricia Arquette preaching about “wage equality” for women. She won for a part that requires working one week a year.”
Oscar Hammerstein II
I agree 100%! I'm still scratching my head how Birdman and Boyhood even got nominated. Both sucked at the box office big time.
The Box Office is determined by 15 year old boys. If you think Transformers films should be showered with Oscars every year...
I’m rooting for The Grand Budapest Hotel, I think it’s got a good shot.
Is that Commissioner Gordon’s daughter?
