Its a nerve/brain thing, not willfullness." There was a comment to that effect on the Youtube page. If that's so, it's interesting...but still kind of funny to watch, LOL.
Just as an aside, that woman sounds as though she could use some Mucinex.

Given that many cats are walked in harnesses, I doubt that Kitty was paralyzed. I think he was just, well, being a cat.

I used to see a gal walking her cat on a leash in a neighboring subdivision. When I first got Squeek, I tried the same thing. After draggin her on her side halfway thru the garage, I figured she wasn’t into outside walks..........LOL!
