We sell arms to lots of friendly, sovereign states out there. Even Taiwan, and we do not even officially recognize it... heck even ISIS was allowed to get away with stingers and M1A1’s...

We got a lame duck and an economy that’s got serious issues, especially with unemployment.
Wonder where this is all going to end up.

They know BHO is a p*ssy; they’re trying to intimidate him into forfeiting the Soviet states back to Russia.
Reagan/ Casey would put with this Marxist bullying.
Russia’s economy is slightly smaller than Italy.

Glad you posted this article because I’m listening to the Kremlin’s stop propagandist in American academia, Prof. Stephen Cohen (NYU, formerly the top poisoner at Princeton along with Richard Falk), on the “John Batchelor Show”.
John kneels that the foot of this longtime pro-Soviet/Russia well trained and well-spoken disinformation and misinformation specialist. He’s talking about how the US is to blame, along with NATO, for Russia’s actions in invading the Ukraine.
It sound’s just like Hitler’s explanations for seizing or threatening war over the Sudetenland, parts of Czechoslovakia, Danzig, etc., or Stalin’s justifications for invading Poland under the then secret Ribbentropp-Molotov Treaty and Protocols in 1939, or Stalin’s secret arming, training, and directing the No. Korean invasion of So. Korea in June 1950 (see the LIFE magazine article by Pawel Monet).
The Ukraine badly needs anti-tank weapons and more heavy artillery to break the Red stranglehold on the Donestk areas held by Kiev and to stop the artillery siege of Mariupol.
Prof. Cohen’s objective is to prevent any American or even Allied aid thru NATO or on a country-to-country basis for Ukraine. The guy is a red as can be without showing a Party card, but he is very good at his disinformation program/lines and very skillful as a speaker/writer.
A very dangerous man for world freedom.

Some people don’t care if Russia invades other countries to build another Soviet Union. They’re much like a child who rubs boogers on other children without caring about future consequences.

I think arming Ukraine is terrible idea. The place had nearly 24 years to turn itself into a country, but it simply was stripped bare by its so-called rulers. Not sure there is much there to save. I'm more worried about our own government led by our own leftists and statists, without having to worry about Putin.

UKRAINE DEFENSE: Already Summon received by over 60% of Ukrainians that are subject to mobilizationhttp://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3250079/posts
If the last of the Ukrainians fit for duty are exterminated by the Russians, maybe many of us will be sure to stay out of the way concerning three western European countries continuing to desire empire. Maybe Russia would like some ports around the northern Mediterranean and a large channel to get back and forth from those places.
Shown enough backstabbing between European countries and more defamations against the U.S.A., we could probably stand fast longer than we did during World War 2. We should only help nations that are willing to help others.
