MALIBU, Calif. — Gender-bender reality-TV star Bruce Jenner rear-ended a car Saturday, causing an accident that killed a woman motorist.
Seven other people were injured in the accident, which happened shortly after noon on the Pacific Coast Highway near its intersection with Corral Canyon Road.
Jenner’s dark blue Cadillac Escalade was towing a dune buggy in a trailer when he rear-ended a white Lexus sedan being driven by an elderly woman.

Bruce is one weird SOB, but this accident was created by the paparazzi.
The paparazzi arranged the traffic slow-down that caused the rear-end collision so they could take photos. That's how they have real-time photos of the crash. They had a photographer posted at that exact spot.
Some of them should get jail time for this.
Then ask yourself why the car that slowed down to cause the accident slowed down, and ask yourself who might have been driving it.
Even if he wasn't texting rear-ender collisions are almost always the fault of the person behind.

I would think that, even without recovering the phone, his provider's records could indicate whether or not any texts were being sent at the time.
You need to look at that photo again. You can clearly see something above the rear view mirror. It’s the top of a phone. And Jenner’s face has zero expression of surprise even after he has hit the woman. He never saw the car. He’s looking at a phone held chest-height. If this is truly the case I hope he gets Veh. Manslaughter.

The Lexus had already rear ended a Prius before Bruce hit it.
According to local News, they are investigating why the Prius stopped in Traffic before being rear ended by the Lexus. The timing of this, and the fact that Bruce was towing a Trailer must be considered.
There is more to this story that has been reported. I would assume that a Cadillac Escalade had a Bluetooth Feature that allows you to Voice - Text, just as I can in my Dodge Challenger. I never need to touch my Phone.

I don’t see any brake marks across the white lettering on the ground under Jenner’s car, it does not look like he is braking. So much for making any money from his sex change operation, her family (or at least her family’s lawyers) will be collecting all that money, and likely a whole lot more.
I'll leave it to the police investigation to determine if he was texting (phone records will bear that out), but even if he was trying to get away from the paparazzi, you would think that he would at least swerve to avoid that white car, instead of hitting it dead-on. The picture clearly shows he was moving straight ahead and his eyes are looking straight ahead - but at what? His body language shows no sign that he is trying to avoid a collision. That is the question that needs to get answered.

Therefore it's plausible to me that the protrusion we see could be the top of a cell phone. In fact, it looks to me like it could be an iPhone 6 Plus. It's not conclusive to me that the protrusion is on the outside of the car.
If he goes to a men’s prison, gets a sex change, will he then be sent to a women’s prison?
Thoughts: If he goes to a men’s prison, why not give one of the prisoners a dull straight razor to give him his sex change!

The Lexus was clearly in the left-turn lane, so how would that affect anything since Jenner was not (but slight over the line, perhaps).
