Tom has made progress on painting the kitchen.

Well now, that was interesting for a second or two...

In scanning through the plethora of stuff posted since I last visited these pages, I read this as "Tom has made progress on painting the kitten."

The mental picture combining Tom's non-diminutiveness holding onto and painting a ittybitty kitty was... entertaining.

..then realizing that didn't make any sense at all because TC and her brood are mostly normal, I jumped back and re-read it.. ;-)

Tom (who is most assuredly not normal) would never paint a live cat of any dimension, but he’d let them walk through the paint and make pawprint trails across the tile. Fortunately for him, he didn’t.

That stuff became available just last year.
They sold-out over night.
Any new tape must be tested for quality by the masses.
It passed with flying colours ,so is now widely available.
Didn't know they did a Camo version....

It’s good stuff..

I have one of those ShelterLogic shedinabox thingies that had become the home for the Olde Deere, the RedRidingMower and accompanying trailer for hauling yard debris or Grandkids, and the two walkbehind mowers. (You know, the stuff that once was in the barn until it collapsed and then spent a year covered by a big tarp under the cedar tree. That was not an ideal situation, and that was the year that I couldn’t convince the Olde Deere to start at all in the winter providing impetus to find an alternate reality, er, I mean solution. Well, it’s all back in the barnremains now because this shedinabox is lagbolted to the concrete floor in there..)

Anyway, the canvas/poly/whateveritis cover developed a tear that telegraphed its intent to rend further and threatened to destroy the usefullness of the structure. Said rip in the canvas is now ‘fixed’ with some black gorilla..

I can picture as the material ages that eventually the entire cover will be made of various colours of Gorilla.. ;-)
