I just re-joined FR and I would like to post to my local NC state board but I am not able to. How do I get the ability to do that?

I am shocked, SHOCKED, that anyone would think droping a nuclear bomb on President Obama would be good.
(snerk) (chuckle) Bwahahahahahahahahahaha!
OK, not really.

I’ve been fighting with my hair all day. All week. I’m worn out.
And no Pink Drink to be had. And no coffee...*sigh*

That much of a battle with your hair? Wow!
I don’t have Pink Drink or coffee, either.

My hair is longer, now, and with the remnants of a permanent in it, and there is just no “nice” way to style it that is easy. And no money for a cut or style.
I have some combs and a couple of clips, but the hair is still baby fine and likes to slip out of whatever I use to hold it in place.
Fighting with it keeps me occupied, I guess...
I mostly cleaned off the table today and did the taxes for my neighbor who came by later to tell me he had to go check himself into the hospital, as his kidneys are failing. He knew the day would come, but he was pretty shaken when he left here.
No wonder I’m so depressed. I need to watch a fun movie, I think... *groan* I just remembered Shawn will be here tomorrow. I don’t want him to come.

I suggest you watch a fun movie. There’s a post from Jim Robinson saying there will be outages for the next several hours.
I’m going to the Stewardship Committee, *snooze*.

I promise not to watch that movie, Bob. It sounds dreadful.

You should see “Guardians of the Galaxy” if you haven’t yet.
It’s the interpersonal relationships that make it fun.

"Netflix? Red Box? Movie theater?" For that particular movie, I'd say the movie theater experience would be best, or as close as you can get to such.
It's a show that is more entertaining the more you are "immersed" in it. Helps you get close to the characters.

For any but Netflix, I will have to speak with the Chancellor of the Exchequer. It may have to come out of Miscellaneous Funding...

Chances are good i will loose my power. This seems to be something happening in every storm now. People hydroplane on ice and hit poles, and thus I have no power
