Am I the only one annoyed by the hectoring pro"women" Super Bowl "commercials?"

Am I the only person watching this "football game" (which is actually a good football game) annoyed by these annoying lectures, masquerading as commercials, about how powerful, capable, independent and valuable women are, so we barbaric men shouldn't devalue them, disrespect them (not actually a word) or hit them? Is this really what we need to be told while we're trying to just watch a ball game? I know the rest of the culture insists on this, but aren't men the primary clientele of the NFL? Why does the NFL have to subject us to this nonsense?

The Super Bowl doesn't cater to the football fan, it caters to the general public, and especially women who are watching more for the entertainment and spectacle than for the actual game.

That aside, the real annoying thing this year is the whole, "hey, we have a problem with our players being real a**hats toward women... I KNOW!!! We'll lecture our fans about needing to respect women, so everyone just assumes it's a 'society' problem instead of our own thug culture!:

I’m the father of boys and girls. One son is in engineering school. His school is about 90% male but nearly every piece of literature from every college he looked at featured an over-preponderance of females.

I have written off the NFL long ago (in fact all American professional sports leagues) and also do not have a television. So TV advertising has no chance of having any influence on me.

Except if you 'internet', you are bound to run into a webpage here or there (even news sites) with imbeded youtube video clips with advertisements that roll before the video clip.
