Been in Ohio going on 8 years now - drove despite - never stopped or heard of anyone stopped. Interesting to hear. Which counties/roads were you dealing with?
Area for ditribution was Toledo, I was told by ditribution manager that was state wide issue. First I had ever heard of issue.
