The Taxing and Spending Clause, Article I, Section 8, Clause 1. “The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States...”
ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING comes under “general welfare.”
Its not enough that we pay for this program but we have to pay for a study to find fraus when its pretty much guaranteed.

The story of our Republi-crat government. The liberal Republican starts a program and promises it will remain small and used only by the "truly needy." The Dem comes in and expands it beyond all recognition. The Republicans just shrug and say they can't do anything about it.
Do not forget all three for voting. Me thinks the Obamafomes were integral in the Democrat GOTV tsunami in 2012.
It truly never ceases to amaze me at how stupid the so-called smartest people in room are. They have no clue whatsoever about nature.
My sister got two Obamaphones in January. One for her 10 year-old boy and one for her 8 year-old boy. My parents are mortified by her decisions over the last couple of years and we allow our kids to be around her family only when we’re supervising directly.

Next time you look at your phone bill, look for the "USF" fee. That is your monthly "contribution" to fund those "free" phones.
Just goes to show that the more we give things out for "free", the faster people will show up to take them.
Wait until Obama has the FCC regulating the Internet and we will be paying not only for free Internet access to the “disadvantaged” but also giving them laptops or tablets so they can sign up for Obamacare and welfare, watch Internet porn, keep up on Facebook and listen to the latest rap artists. I doubt that few if any of them would use the Internet to look for a job.

Remember reading an article a while back where some reporter was able to get like 3 obolaphones in one day, with nary a check to see if she actually qualified. So this is not really “news”.
