***If the balls were different, why didn’t the Colts say anything? They handled the ball too.***

The Colts did say something. They mentioned it earlier in the season, as well as after the interception in last Sunday’s game. This time, the refs got involved.

Also, each team provides their own balls to be used on offense. The Colts used Colts legal balls, and the Pats used deflated illegal balls. Now that in itself didn’t change the outcome of the game. However, it does show, once again, that the Pats cheat. They’ve been caught twice, but just like it is for most criminals, you don’t get caught your first time. You get caught once you start getting sloppy with your crime.

The Patriots and their fans seem to be taking particular pride in their cheating, in a similar way that Dems are proud. Note the many articles and posts on FR brushing it aside, that every team does it, that if you want to win, you should cheat. Pats fans are thrilled with this video, even FReeper Pats fans. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/3249399/posts

It’s too bad, though. Their reputation is tarnished, to the point that the rest of America will always think of the Patriots as cheaters. Every win by them will have an asterisk by it in fans’ minds. The Patriots have lost what really mattered. “Indisputable” winner can never be attached to them ever again. The Pats have earned their cheating reputation, fair and square. I feel sorry for them and their fans.

Thanks for feeling sorry for Pat’s fans. I’m sure they’re deeply mortified and will probably want the Pats to give the Superbowl trophy to Seattle should they beat the Seahawks....
