Why was the cop pulling the door open if he didn’t want the passenger to get out of the car?Although it's hard to tell for sure from the video, it appeared to me that the cop was holding the door shut, and the passenger kept trying to open it. Since that follows the 'conversation' between the officer and passenger ("don't you get out") it would make more sense.
