The Lord will point the way, my friend
He'll turn your worries into calm
I pray your dear wife's health will mend
While God supplies the healing balm

Pray. Pray. Pray. We are and for you, too.
possible for suffering to redound for the glory of God.
Now you're using vocabulary I have to look up just like she does!

It’s like “rebound,” only fancier.

I very vaguely remember it but couldn’t place it without context.

It would have to be crossword puzzles about dirt bikes or something. I have a good science vocabulary, though.

We can’t all know every word ... as I told my Patrick when he wouldn’t leave the Unabridged Dictionary to eat. “I don’t know every word yet!”

Besides, you probably write crossword puzzles for a living, in Greek, Latin, and Aramaic. Not sure about Sanskrit. Some do.

If a Sanskrit crossword puzzle would amuse Mrs. Don-o, I’d come up with one!

Sorry for lack of updates. There are reasons, one is my desire for a degree of privacy. Yet, I do realize prayers are sometimes assisted with more information. So, with that in mind, I am pleased that she squeezed my hand this morning and that there is some kidney function in evidence.
I don’t know that I shared that she has been on a ventilator since last Monday. I just did not trust myself to pass along such dire news. Still is, but hopefully, it can be removed soon.
No fever, which indicates the infection is being defeated by the antibiotics. Her BP has stabilized at an acceptable level.
The parish has been unbelievable. One of our oldest friends organized a visiting schedule, so folks can be there and I can get away.
The good God Who loves mankind has been faithful to His promises of strength and peace. Praise His Holy Name.
Still not out of the woods and will be remaining in ICU for the present. Please keep the prayers going.

I been thinking about you and your dear wife often and offering prayers every time I do. Please take care of yourself while the hospital and the Lord are taking care of her - she needs you healthy and strong. Don't lose hope, be of good cheer, for the Lord your God is with you whithersoever you go.

Thank you for the update ... that means the Sanskrit crossword puzzle wouldn’t be helpful, huh?
Additional prayer for kidneys seems in order!
