This is why “Selma” will win Best Picture.

Especially given the current race-baiting, there’s no way Hollywood will miss the chance to have a stage full of leftists at the end of the show yelling “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot”.

Being nominated for Best Picture is most movie makers’ dream.

Some people are NEVER happy.

He also managed to link Tawana Brawley to a real crime.

Nothing new here. Once a charlatan, always a charlatan.

Hey Al, ya’ gotta’ make decent movies before ya’ get the rewards. Kinda’ the way everything in life works, ya’ know?

Of course such common sense is completely lost on an idiot bigot like Sharpton.

Is this “Oscar” squabble yet another fissure appearing in the formerly monolithic left; i.e.liberal Hollywood and the black.

Effin idiot.

Last year was a very black Oscars.

Steve McQueen, the director of “12 years a slave” was nominated for an Oscar and you can’t say it was an affirmative action vote. The film was heartbreaking and compelled right thinking to ask “Why would someone do that to another human being?”

Lupito N’Ongo was incredible in that film and deserved her Oscar.

Alfonso Cuarón did an awesome job with “Gravity”. Yeah, I know he’s Mexican but, he is a person of color. Doesn’t he count?

Let’s not forget Solomon Northup, though he wasn’t around to receive his nomination due to his untimely death, 100+ years ago.

Chiwetel Ejiofor? Handsome black dude and extraordinary in “12 years a slave”.

Barkhad Abdi & Abduwali Muse were dumbass terrorists but, they also got the nod for an Oscar.

There were probably some other “blacks” that received nominations but, let’s not forget all the unnamed blacks that contributed to the success of a good many movies that were nominated last year.

And for 2015 Selma was nominated and that’s definitely an affirmative action award as it hadn’t even been seen by the general public.

“Inherent Vice” has a black guy or two, who are central characters.

Pound sand you Fugly Azz Grifter...

Yo Al... blacks make up only 13% of the population, it is statistically impossible for such a small group to be represented in every awards show.

The real question is... why are no whites EVER nominated in the BET awards?
