NO! The idea was, things that you want to *preserve*. Not things that you want to ‘throw away’.
Ok, I guess this was a bad idea.
(But I still want to save all of the things in my OP.)

Well..
Space is kind of a terrible place to preserve certain things, cosmic rays tend to break down some objects, inks, materials.
Heavy duty shielding would be required.
But it is a great place to put things “out of the way”.
