What is with these singers and their dancing hoochie mamas?
They were the only thing that kept me interested :)
Ed Sheeran's "Make It Rain". Never heard this song. But I really like it. Plays a little guitar--not bad. Lot of power in his voice.
Can we fast-forward and just give him the trophy?
Jlo :that was so amazing. So effortless. (complains about his style) There are certain things you can do that will make you a little bit cooler. (says she can see him at the finale--well no kidding. Who else is close?)
Harry : You have an amazing instrument. (quibbles about pace, wanted him to slow it down). Would have made it a thousand times better.
Keith : The guitar did get in your way. At the end you killed it.
Sings Rhianna's "Stay". Hair is purple this week. A purple Mohawk. Wearing somewhat feminine clothes. Very nice.
And here come the tears.
Harry : You held your emotions in check. A fantastic emotional performance.
Keith : Such a maturity in your voice for 16. Such poise.
Jlo : That voice is so heavenly. Everything came together in the right way.
Sings "Hey Ya" by Outkast. More fun than Rayvon's song. But his singing clearly isn't in the same league with Clark or Tyanna.
He finishes the song with some kind of hungry housecat sound.
Jlo : I'm a huge fan of yours. That's a big song. You always wow with your performance. You own that stage.
Harry : American Idol is lucky to have you. Is America going to save you? I don't know.
Keith : You're such a great performer. You came out and killed it. You make the most of that. You are so entertaining.
Jlo tries to convince us that our ears are wrong and Qaasim really is a good singer.
The fan save doomsday clock is now ticking down from 5:00.
JLo wants to shut Harry up but when she tried to grab him she gives him an apple pinch. Embarrassment all around.
Jason Derulo. Whoop Di doo. And he’s going to be a judge on SYTYCD too? Joy of joys.
