Most likely. Everything else was a complete lie.

I'm going to get my rep fired, that's what. And it won't be all that hard.

Let's face it, though, this was a long shot from the beginning. This is the establishment's club, their playground, their rules, their players, theirs to reward or punish, with no penalty or accountability whatsoever. You're not going to get a fair shake in that one.

I can only really reach one of the buggers but I can put a boot up his butt. It may do nothing but make me feel better, but it will be a lot better. ;-)

3-4 million Republicans sat out the election in 2012 because they didn’t like Mitt. That put Obama in for his second term.

Same thing or worse will happen in 2016.

Field a candidate that Republicans will want to support!

Oh, wait! Are you still trying to blame the voters for Romney's loss?!

Vote for and support conservatives. Period. Ignore FR’s GOP cheer squad.
I think you are right. When we "hold our nose and vote", it encourages the GOPe to move leftward. They think: if we move left, we can pick up moderate Democrats, and our "base" will continue to vote for us.

Most likely but I do not believe that the GOPE cares. They know how conservatives feel. They know what the people want. The problem is that they do not want the same things.

They seem to be pretty happy working with Obama and his agenda. If they can work with him they will have no problem being content with Hillary or any other dem.

" I will not enable evil, no matter if they are labeled Republican."

Same here.

And I'm going to use that line with my clueless friends who still think an "R" behind the name means the person is automatically one of the good guys.

I Wear Kneepads (The Freeper Left Song)
To the Tune of “I Feel Pretty”

I wear Kneepads, RINO Kneepads
I feel liberal when posting tonight!
And I pity, any fool that believes in whats right

I am smarmy, But I’m charming
It’s alarming how smarmy I feel
And so liberal, no one ever believes that I’m real

See the flaming lib on the right wing deck chair
Who can perfect fraud be?
Such a fluid lie, making such a mess
It’s all pretty vile, such a RINO me!
I like stunning and enhancing

Feel like lying and spreading my ploy
For I’m loved by my moronic, wonderful toys

There's no need to go third party right now, but the time may come soon if the GOP insists on a Bush.

Here's a serious question about what should we do now - Now that we have kicked the shit out of Putin and Russia and now that's its economy is heading for the stone age, would it be in our interests to do anything to prevent its total collapse? Is it in our best interest to further humiliate Putin or should we take this opportunity to help guide Russia into the 21st century?

This is a serious question because Russia remains a nuclear power. Do we want a Russia-size version of North Korea?

My plan is: Continue to fight at the state level. Vote for solid conservatives, regardless of party. And don’t fall for the argument that you must hold your nose and vote for the RINO because otherwise the Democrat will win.

I have no doubt in the short term this is going to make things worse (more Democrats in office), but we simply can’t continue down the path we are on, with the GOP getting more and more left-leaning every year. We need a viable 3rd party to give the other two parties something to worry about.

I’d like to eventually see a system more like the parliamentarian systems in other countries - where there are a number of smaller parties, and they group together into coalitions on specific legislation.

I think their internal polling still tells them that a significant plurality of average Republican voters are low-information, and will pull the lever for the "R" regardless of what's going on inside the Beltway. Another large segment are those who don't have much of a center, and want to be perceived as being "with the team", and thus are very malleable, and easily swayed; these are the ones that the trolls target.

Bedrock conservatives remain a minority and can still be ignored.
