Most likely but I do not believe that the GOPE cares. They know how conservatives feel. They know what the people want. The problem is that they do not want the same things.

They seem to be pretty happy working with Obama and his agenda. If they can work with him they will have no problem being content with Hillary or any other dem.

I think their internal polling still tells them that a significant plurality of average Republican voters are low-information, and will pull the lever for the "R" regardless of what's going on inside the Beltway. Another large segment are those who don't have much of a center, and want to be perceived as being "with the team", and thus are very malleable, and easily swayed; these are the ones that the trolls target.

Bedrock conservatives remain a minority and can still be ignored.
