I know those teachers would have used that moment of his being on top of the dog, to teach him about dogs being alive and could be hurt.
Agreed. It was a perfect opportunity. Loving a child often means having to introduce changes in behaviour that the child may not be immediately receptive to. Caring about a child means that a parent must sometimes require that the child do things that he may not like, whether for his safety, the safety of others, or simply because of moral restrictions. That’s what being a parent is all about.
How do you know that she didn’t? Obviously, this is not a common thing, or no one would thought to have grabbed a picture of it.
