Actor Liam Neesons Taken series is known for its high-octane and suspenseful approach to handling international kidnappers. However, the first two chapters of what has now become a trilogy are not known for portraying Europe in a very positive light.

Yo, Liam, it’s just a movie.
Socialism throughout the 20th century (whether that is Communism, Fascism, or “benign” progressive socialism) has ruined Europe for Americans.
Their love of Islam is salting the ground too.
That's the clincher, contempt for "puritanical" Christianity and the nuclear family yet embracing multiculturalism of the one-way cultural "exchange" that is (foreign funded) Islamic imperialism.
Would that Neeson might’ve been left on Pitcarin Island after the wrap of “The Bounty”.
He’s a bit arrogant to think his fictional videos have any affect on anyone.
The first film was watchable, “Taken 2” was not. A third one? Come on, man.
Liam is running out of relatives to be kidnapped...Some
possible Taken movie story lines:
Taken 4 - After returning home from a night of bowling and drinking with his CIA buddies, Brian Mills discovers that his black lab, Sharpton, has been kidnapped and is being held in Harlem as revenge for the first three Taken films...
Taken 5 - Travelling into CIA headquarters for the retirement party he had been denied 10 years earlier, Brian sees the graffiti strewn highway overpass that has the message:
We have your pet rock Brian and we plan on making gravel out of him...Goodluck
Taken 6 - Awakening with a start and a migraine, Brian Mills realizes that he has had his machismo taken by Hollywood and yet begins another quest to make enough money in theater ticket receipts so that he can finally get to stop making these God awful Taken movies...
He has also converted to islam. Perhaps that is part of his problem.
Money. The premise is an American girl has high value.
Sort of an ego move, like the wealthy buyer is getting one up on the U.S., I suppose.
Any parent with a kid (especially a daughter) going overseas to study ought to sit down with them and have a long talk about the young lady caught up in the murder in Italy.
From the previews, they do kill his wife which he calmly relates to his daughter in an “Oh, by the way, your mom has been murdered”. Now that’s calm there.
It was ruined for me when I saw the video of a bunch of muzzies on prayer mats blocking the streets of Paris.
Yeah, that ain’t fiction either.
The European Union Ruined Europe.
I do have to say one movie was enough but making more is making the story far fetched.
Bingo. This is another of those truths that can’t be uttered in the media.
Amen! I showed my daughters this movie to make them aware of what the “real world” is like. There is a tendency for young people to be idealistic. As a young soldier in the late 80s and early 90s I was able to get around Europe quite a bit and I was shocked at how many young girls just go out on their own without proper safety precautions (like the 2 girls on Taken)
Muslims are kidnapping, raping, killing people all over Europe, and the socialists are still fighting to increase their numbers.
1—Rape is a heinous crime in France, just like anywhere. Just because some scum there may think its fine dosent change that.
2—The UK, despite the hype, is still perfectly fine and lovely.
3—Do come again.
4—I suppose UK/Irish and European parents are equally concerned about sending our kids to the US.
Yet 96% of the UK isn’t Muslim. I agree with the lack of religion and secularism though, even though I am one.
