Broncos/Colts Sunday 1/11 @ Sports Authority Mile High in Denver. Temperature at game time expected to be the 40’s.
This game has over 4800 tickets available for sale on StubHub. Ticketmaster over 8000. The Colts even with the Andrew Luck/Peyton Manning matchup isn't drawing all that much interest ... not exactly a hot ticket. Maybe as the week progresses.

I’d argue the same situation with DeMarco Murray’s TD yesterday...except, the game is over and Caldwell didn’t challenge.
Watch the film (which is not yet available on NFL.com) and “where” the ball was as Murray crossed the goal line. He advanced from the “field-of-play”, crossed the pylon without contacting the endzone. The ball, ^to my eye^ (note, again...^to my eye^) did not cross the goal line since it was cradled in his left arm. The ball [itself] was not advanced inside the endzone. Meh...bad call but...close enough.
Don’t matter...they made the call and ...curiously... they didn’t reverse it with without an explanation.

Bourbon man? Hey I take it all back, you are okay. My drink of choice.... (though I miss when they made it, in the 101 variety. This stuff is just as good as Makers Mark, except it doesn't leave as big of a mark in your wallet.

Nah, I'd rather the same team win the championship by fiat each year. It's more exciting that way - and apparently more "conservative". </sarc>

Yeah. The team that usually wins is usually the best team. Very performance based, which is conservative.
The view that it is a conspiracy seems quite liberal to me.

It's over, plays happen, I hope Dallas can defeat GB but that is a tall order. It's probably the sloppy nature of the way it was done.
Nice animated gif there. But this is what happened right before that.
And this happened before that!

In some cases, the team that gleans the most money for the NFL wins, as happened yesterday. Detroit goes down and scores some insurance to secure the victory, Detroit wins. League didn't want that for financial reasons. Even Rush Limbaugh is on board with the call, and the fact that the head ref was seen on the Dallas Cowboys' party bus. What happened yesterday was the NFL equivalent of Democrat vote fraud, with Al Franken "winning" in the end.

Yes, but it’s pretty mainstream, with even Rush echoing the same sentiment, every ESPN writer talking about it. It’s the “legitimate victory” view that’s in the minority...

I saw the play and I was yelling for them to flag the Detroit player.

I know I watched the game yesterday and there was a play where I thought Detroit was going to be called for interference but nothing happened. The game is played, it’s not perfectly called but they make an effort. I see nothing fishy with this. Mainly because it is only one call.
True enough, I have listened to a sports announcer who says that Seattle Pittsburgh game of a few years ago was skewed in favor of Pittsburgh. I don’t remember that game well but I do think Pittsburgh probably did get favorable treatment.
But the game goes on and now we see Seattle is NFL elite.
To: Lexinom
I’ll look for something on Rush’s website, that sounds very interesting.
To: BeadCounter
I saw a different angle of a replay of a big run, maybe a TD run by the Lions and there was some pretty blatant holding going on behind the guy with the ball. no call.

If you can get a copy of the broadcast today (RUSH 24/7) it’s about 2-and-a-half hours into the show.
