I tend to believe his mother about him not shooting. Gun handling and brandishing comes in the second year of the program; shooting isn’t allowed until the third year.
Whenever I see mugshots of violent criminals of any race, one of the first things I look for is signs of fetal alcohol syndrome: mis-shapen and unsymmetrical ears, eye folds at the corner of the tear ducts, low bridged noses, tiny little cannonball heads, smooth or missing philtrum, and small eye openings like a ‘beady-eyed criminal’.
It’s sort of an inbred look, but not quite. The ears and eyes are the biggest giveaways for fetal alcohol syndrome, and they’re common features of violent idiot criminals that perform the most outrageous crimes.
I’m sorry to say so, but with black and Native American violent criminals the telltale signs of fetal alcohol syndrome are almost always present — based upon mugshots, anyway. The accused in this case with the throat tattoo that reads ‘DANGER’ is practically a medical textbook example of fetal alcohol syndrome, point by point. IQ of 75 would be generous, I think.
