Bzzztt! No supervisor can reject a sailor's promotion. That is done outside the command. The unit commanding officer can refuse to recommend a sailor for promotion. Or, in extreme cases, reject a sailor's promotion for a stated reason after it has been recommended by the Navy promotion board. I'd like to see the records in this case. I smell BS. Sounds like he failed to make E-6 and is looking for an excuse.
All this guy has to do is self-identify as a female and he’ll get his promotion. Can’t discriminate against trannies.
First - No practicing Moslem should be allowed into any military service (or any government job) - period.
Second - CAIR should have no standing to sue anybody over anything as they are a proven terrorist supporting organization.

I missed my first Petty officer 2 exam by 1 point-
I had just transferred in from another squadron- and
he gave me minimal scores on EVERYTHING- took me 2 years
before I was promoted- my rate AQ - was overmanned!
oh well such is life - did not have a real bitch about it
but once I made AQ2 - I stopped- just knew I would
not make a career out of the navy
If you can bunghole someone wearing a beard should be a non-issue.
Americans may want to “man up”. The party is almost over. Islamofascists should not be telling US how to run our military. We already went through this bullsh*t in the late 70s. It didn’t work out then either.
The Navy allows the enemy to join as well?
Maybe they should spend an hour in a DC training smoke house with a respirator over the beard. If they are still alive they can stay.

Totally agree.....even further, they shouldn’t be allowed in the country to start with.
They should not BE in the navy! They belong to a cult that advocates the overthrow of our form of government.
dress standards are dress standards....facial hair should not be allowed, proper uniform at all times, if you don’t like the requirements...don’t join, nobody drafted you....go away....and if you like red tennis shoes, those aren’t allowed either!!
