You got it in a nutshell. It’s for the 34 year old single guy who wants to let his inner 14 year old sit in the Driver’s Seat.
He just has that “stoner voice” and timbre that resonates with adolescent boys as “cool.” I’m guessing he’s not really intelligent on the IQ scale myself.
