A 13-track album of new music from Madonna has reportedly leaked onto the web. Oh No They Didn’t theorizes that the release could be the entirety of Madonna’s as-yet-unannounced thirteenth studio album, rumored to be titled either Unapologetic B**** or Iconic.
Madonna’s camp has experienced a fury of unauthorized leaks in recent weeks, leading to the singer’s manager, Guy Oseary, to enlist the public’s help. “I would be grateful to any Madonna fans that can assist us in finding those responsible for the leak,” Oseary tweeted after a song called “Rebel Heart” hit the web late last month. “We appreciate your help.”
...Update — 2:15pm ET: In a second Instagram post, Madonna added, “This is artistic rape!! These are early leaked demo’s half of which wont even make it on my album the other half have changed and evolved. This is a form of terrorism. Wtf!!!! Why do people want to destroy artistic process??? Why steal? Why not give me the opportunity to finish and give you my very best?”...

If she had any talent, we could have this discussion.

Theft, yes. Rape or some sort of interruption of the artistic process, um... no.

I for one was not even aware that Madonna was working on a new album.

I believe The View has the potential to be an awesome show. First they need to get all conservative women on the show wearing bikinis and have them sit around a kiddie pool full of pudding. Anytime they disagree they have to wrestle in the pool.

Missy Polly Pissypants is just mad that someone stole her work, and then—ignored it.
First there was printing by hand. Scrolls and pieces of paper. Then, books, but very few books and very limited distribution. Then came the printing press and lots of books but still physical and thus limited in distribution. Then came audio recording but again physical distribution. Then came video recording. Then came audio-video, but at first limited to physical media. Then came digital recording and -- voila! -- digital distribution. Add hacking, and there is no longer any way to keep anything from anyone else.
Well, it IS theft, and even if you can’t stand her or her music, the fact will remain that she is entitled to profit from her work and property, and, considering that she no doubt pays more in taxes in England than most of us do here in the US, to enlist the help of the authorities to find the perps and see what can be done to punish them/recover damages.
