Cosby was great because he broke the color comedy barrier.
He was funny and creative.
He was a role model.
He was a pretty good (so-so) actor.
He called on his fellow African-Americans to snap out of their cultural handcuffs, throw off the RAP message and change themselves for the better. For that we applaud him.

Cosby was a slime ball because he raped many many women over the years. He abused his power and his vices apparently were there for many a hush-hush crowd to see.

Bill Cosby should be judged for both his great and his perverted personality.

It is yet another sad reminder that we should be judged based on our actions, not words.
