Houston, TX — A completely innocent man was shot, tasered, brutally beaten, and had stun grenades thrown at him by vicious and incompetent SWAT officers. Then, those same officers tried to cover up their mistake by charging the victim, Chad Chadwick, with six criminal offenses including felony assault on a police officer.
This incident happened in 2011, but it has taken Chadwick three years and his entire life savings, to finally beat the charges that he was falsely accused of. Last month, a jury found Chad Chadwick not guilty of interfering with police. With tears in their eyes members of the jury offered the exonerated defendant comforting hugs, according to My Fox Houston.

Even if it's half true it's still a disgusting story of police excess.
Unfortunately they won't be.
Seems to be fav on the Irish Red Star sites and pr-Palestinian and anti-Semitic sites.
Yup. He got acquitted. He never committed a crime in his life.
But even if the police were justified in arresting him, concocting false charges and framing an innocent man is beneath contempt.
Its bad enough they snared a guy who didn’t break any law but what’s worse is they decided they couldn’t afford to admit they made a mistake.
The jury agreed and now he has to put his life back together. No one deserves to be going through that kind of ordeal.
What did Chad Chadwick do in his own home that justified a full on SWAT officer team assault? No one could say.
And this is why people have a hard time defending law enforcement. The bad apples in the barrel undermine the hard work of the decent ones who keep us safe.
Get ready to be called a cop hater.
I’m not a cop hater. There’s not a single poster on FR who doesn’t appreciate what cops do every day to keep this a civilized country.
But I want to make it absolutely clear I have zero tolerance for dirty cops.
