In Biology I learned that Trees breathe in CO2 and exhale O2 - good for trees, better for us. Seems this carbon dioxide map pretty much correlates to where most of the forests or jungles are.
Probably the reason they want to revise their models...it didn't fit 'their' version of Biology.

Interesting that there are large hot spots in jungles and undeveloped areas, even a couple large ones in the ocean. No doubt straight white males will be blamed for them somehow.

Wow, if that is truly measuring mankind's CO2 contribution, I would expect this satellite to be decomissioned soon as it doesn't appear to be providing its gov't overlords with the results they would want.
If I'm reading it correctly, almost all of the hottest spots don't coincide with any populations of humans except maybe over there in China. Is that Greenland or Iceland cut off at the top of the map? I thought they were so green there, guess this doesn't account for volcanic activity. I'd love to know how they know which CO2 molecules were generated by human activity and which were naturally produced. All this proves is the government is too big and stop interfering with science.

Well, it’s pretty obvious from the map that the US is the biggest polluter, so it’s imperative that we throttle the US economy to save the Earth. Obola akbar! /sarc

Looks like we need to raze all the world’s rain forests.
