Even as they publicly condemn Tea Party Republicans as hostage-taking legislative thugs, the truth is that some Democrats are quietly jealous of them. Think of it: The Tea Party gang gets to intimidate party leaders, threaten legislation, block nominees, shut down the government and default on the debt if they don’t get their way. They cause major trouble.
Boy, does that sound good.
The extreme right has power, and that’s something the left hasn’t had much of for a long time. But in the aftermath of the party’s disastrous midterm performance, it’s very possible that the Democratic Party leadership will be facing its own Tea Party-style insurgency from the other side of the spectrum.

Yeah - the Tea Party is so powerful that it has done NOTHING to stop Obamacare, nothing to stop Amnesty for illegals and is now pushing for a budget that most Communists consider freewheeling.
It was a hit piece. No doubt about that. Why did this author not mention lining up their enemies in front of a ditch as they always have.
They do this every time they get their clocks cleaned in an election.
The whole Occupy fiasco was supposedly the left’s attempt at countering the Tea Party. But they just smoked pot, had drum circles and shat where they ate. Even with the full support of the mainstream media they sailed that fail boat into the sunset.
In that case, I hope they do it often.
The CPUSA is the democratic party. What’s left of communism? Anarchism? If so, don’t the anarchists currently community organizing (a.k.a. rioting & looting) across the nation represent the tea party of the left? After all, they appear to have the power to force federal investigations, unlawful executive orders and billions in spending to keep them placated. Isn’t this the power the author was desiring? Freepers have been contrasting the rioters over the past month(s) to tea party rallies... I think comparison is more relevant than most believe. These thugs ARE the left’s tea party.

It is not necessary for them to create their own TEA Party. I am sure that the TEA Party has already been infiltrated by communists.
I think the Communists and Anarchists have a relationship. If the Anarchists and crimminals can stir up enough violence and disruption, the middle class will accept totalitarianism to counter it. It is orchestrated chrisis.
