Rush Reports Thomas Sowell's Biggest Fear: Iran Nukes US, Obama Surrenders
The Rush Limbaugh Show | Dec. 10, 2014 | Rush Limbaugh

Posted on 12/10/2014 9:40:16 AM PST by duckworth

Just before his 1 pm break, El Rushbo reported on an interview he had yesterday with Thomas Sowell, economist, social theorist, political philosopher and author. Sowell told Rush that his biggest fear is that Iran becomes a nuclear power, and attacks the US in some capacity. Sowell believes if Obama is president at the time, he will just surrender to Iran. Stunned, Rush questioned Sowell, who pointed out it only took two bombs for Japan to surrender to the US.

Then on what authority can they refuse to nuke Canada if the CIC commands it?

Obama WANTS IRAN TO HAVE NUKES!

He believes it will aid in forcing Israel to make concessions Israel wouldn’t otherwise make.

Obama is stupid enough to believe he can keep Israel from protecting itself.

That’s always a good read for people. Few people know how the food or electricity gets to their house and how fragile that supply chain actually is.

You were suggesting that an agency could “just do it” on their own. If that is not what you suggested, then please clarify.

You can include a significant number of elected officials to that list.

You seemed to be arguing that they cannot launch on their own, which also is a conclusion that they cannot refuse to launch. So, why do you think they can refuse to launch, yet, they cannot initiate a launch?

I’d say 99.999% of local, State, and federal elected officials. It seems they make laws that also cut their own throats.

When I read federal representatives say things like too many people will cause Guam to tip over, or another that says we went to Mars instead of the Moon, I just shudder.

I am not speaking of a retaliatory strike. I am speaking of a situation involving the aforementioned “hinky” container aboard a foreign flagged vessel. Please keep in mind, I am not trying to bust your chops, but actually play out the scenario keeping our current POTUS in mind.

Is it really surrender when you are already on their side?

Sometimes, one doesn’t know whether to laugh or cry since someone had to elect those nitwits in the first place.

Stated directly: I believe our POTUS would be complicate in a act to try to get a nuke into the US. I believe he has his aids questioning the military experts on if that was practical, if they could actually do it without detection. I believe if he thought there was a chance, he’d tell Iran or whomever to try. He also try to keep his finger prints off it via Valarie Jarrett. He was also then try to keep our military stood down. He could accomplish some of that by removing some ground, naval, and airborne detection units from the path intended to get the nuke into the country.

What he cannot overcome are the space assets and all the ground units. The nuke will be detected no matter how much he tries. The nuke will be intercepted.

What I find fascinating is that while the founding fathers tried to frame a constitution to ensure equal and separate powers, they gave the President CIC powers over the military, the most potent aspect of government tyranny. They intended the militia and the people to keep that power in check, but with the massive power of the military today that is an extremely difficult task.

To prevent nuclear use by an out of control president who has dictatorial powers over the military, the entire nuclear chain of command was written with the idea that prevention against launches without cause and to ensure use of nuclear weapons when attacked but the president refuses or is incapacitated has been employed. The President isn’t the only one with nuclear launch codes and his are not the only codes necessary to launch.

Well, to be objective, Japan was already defeated when we atomic bombed her. When Obama was elected, Sowell said that his presidency would be “catastrophic”. I think that Sowell sees something about Obama that truly horrifies him.

I know. I am just thinking out loud about an event which is not retaliatory, but preemptive. Did you ever in your life imagine that there would be a time when any of us would remotely consider that a sitting president of the US would care so little about the security of this nation? Sad times in which we find ourselves, FRiend.

Well I don’t doubt Sowell is right about Barry but 90 million gun owners won’t surrender. In fact about an hour after the surrender Barry won’t be President anymore.

The greatest traitor mole in history is attacking on many fronts.

Ebola? Come on in! Visas as usual!

Central American Invasion, not only a trillion-dollar economic nuke, a bio attack as well. Chagas, EV-D-68 etc.

Benedict Arnold faced execution (he got away by minutes) for his treason, which was merely to sabotage the defenses at the critical fort of West Point, to allow a British naval attack and victory.

What defense has Team Obama not sabotaged and sundered?

Greatest Traitor Mole In History.
