I’ve been to all those places except Stonehenge. I only agree with LA. I love Venice and always rent an apartment when I travel there. I’ve never had a bad experience in Paris. I lived in Dubai for 2 years and found lots of places that weren’t malls or slums.
My worst place is a toss up between Midland, Texas and Luanda, Angola. Midland is hot, smelly and flat with undrinkable water and lousy food and nothing to do and filled with bigoted hicks. Angola is the same except the Angolan are pretty nice except the ones working for the government shaking you down for cash at the airport. ROC next door I liked a lot better. Republic of Congo is safer, friendlier and has good food.
Drove through midland one Friday night. Could see lights on at a football stadium. The streets were empty.
Stonehenge is dreadful.
