Dang morning started with a migraine that woke me up at 3am....and now my 10 and 12 year old boys are at each others throats over cleaning their room....ugh. I need silliness.

My morning started out bad. I was cursing hellfire on the interstate because it was backed up.

But then I saw the mangled car that had been in a wreck and thought... well I guess my day is not that bad.

Chocolate and shellfish started giving me migraines several years ago. I quit eating them at that time; got the buildup out of my system. Headaches quit then; now I mostly stay away from those foods. - I can have a Frosty or two a week; but on about the third Frosty, the “nagging” headaches start up as a warning.
