Obama is just one person. It is the Democrat Party.
There are two nations within our borders. There is The United States Of America and there is Democratland. The citizens of Democratland get their money by taking it from the citizens of The United States Of America. The citizens of Democratland will do anything, anything, to be able to continue to take money from the citizens of The United States Of America.
The two can no longer survive at the same time. Which nation will survive?

There was a time when Party affiliation conformed to a set of values, something called a "platform".
Now, with situational politics, someone like Christie can be called a "Conservative" because he is surrounded by uber-Liberals. There is no set standard, no fixed metric applied, it is all relative.
Unfortunately, that leads to bicoastals stumping for what they consider a "Conservative" while those of us in the hinterlands wonder who let the Liberal in.
