Philly has Washington and New York, so Dallas most likely must win out to take the Division.
Detroit probably wins 2 out of their last 3. So they get to 11, and have the advantage over Dallas in the WC.
Arizona has a better shot at least now of winning the Division, which is good since Arizona has the tie-breaker over Dallas in the WC.
